01نسمعWe listen
أمٌّ تنسى موعد الدواء، وموظف يسابق الوقت كل صباح. لا نبدأ من فكرة على ورق، بل من هذه اللحظة بالذات.A mother who forgets her medicine. Someone racing the clock every morning. We don’t start from an idea on paper. We start from that exact moment.

02نفهمWe understand
نتخيل يده التي تمسك الهاتف، وإبهامه الذي يبحث عن زر واحد، ولغته، ووقته. نصمّم من داخل يومه، لا من خلف مكتب.We picture the hand holding the phone, the thumb looking for one button, their language, their time. We design from inside their day, not from behind a desk.

03نبنيWe build
نبني ونختبر حتى ينهار التطبيق عندنا، لا عنده. ثم نرافقه في مراجعة المتجر حتى يصبح متاحاً لمن ينتظره.We build and test until the app breaks with us, not with them. Then we see it through store review until it’s live for the person waiting.
التطبيقThe app «طحت مرة… وقمت.»“I fell once… and got back up.” «قيد المراجعة… قلبي يدق.»“In review… my heart is racing.” «الحين أنا جاهز. ثبّتني.»“Now I’m ready. Install me.”
04نبقىWe stay
حين يفتحه كل صباح دون أن يفكر فيه، نعرف أننا نجحنا. ونبقى بعد الإطلاق: تحديثات وإصلاحات، وما يحتاجه الناس فعلاً.When they open it every morning without thinking about it, we know we got it right. And we stay after launch: updates, fixes, and what people actually need.

لماذا نعمل هكذاWhy we work this way
تطبيقاتنا تتكلم مع من يحملها كأنها تعرفه، لأننا عشنا يومه قبل أن نبنيها.Our apps talk to the people holding them as if they know them, because we lived their day before we built them.

كل تطبيق باسمه وهويته وطريقته في الكلام. نحن نوقّع في الأسفل فقط.Each app keeps its own name, look and way of talking. We only sign underneath.
